A CRM records what happened with customers. ZiReach makes the next thing happen — replies, bookings and follow-ups — and works with the CRM you already have.
Records vs execution
A CRM is a system of record: contacts, deals, notes and pipelines. It is only as good as the people updating it, and it rarely does the work itself.
ZiReach is an execution layer. You tell it what you want done — "reply to every enquiry within five minutes and book site visits for serious buyers" — and ZI does the work across your channels, asks permission where you want it, and proves the result.
Side by side
| Traditional CRM | ZiReach | |
|---|---|---|
| Main job | Store customer records and pipelines | Get customer work done and prove outcomes |
| Who does the work | Your team, then they update the CRM | ZI does routine work; your team approves and handles the rest |
| Channels | Often email-first; others via add-ons | WhatsApp, calls, email, SMS, chat and forms in one inbox |
| Follow-ups | Reminders a person must act on | Follow-ups sent on schedule, with consent |
| Proof of results | Reports on what was logged | Outcomes tied to the actions that caused them |
| Pricing | Per seat | ₹2,999 a month with unlimited users, plus applicable taxes |
Do I still need a CRM?
If you already use a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce, keep it. ZiReach connects to it, keeps records in sync and does the work around it — no rip-and-replace.
If you don't have a CRM, ZiReach's Customer Graph gives you one profile and timeline per customer, which is enough for many small teams.
When to choose what
- Choose a CRM alone if your main problem is record-keeping and your team reliably follows up.
- Add ZiReach if enquiries are missed, replies are slow or follow-ups depend on who is on shift.
- Use both if you have a CRM your company relies on and want the work around it done consistently.
FAQ
Is ZiReach a CRM?
ZiReach includes a Customer Graph (one profile and timeline per customer), but it is an AI business execution platform: it does the replies, bookings and follow-ups and proves the results, and it works alongside existing CRMs.
Does ZiReach replace HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce?
No. ZiReach connects to them and keeps records in sync. Connector order: WhatsApp and Google Sheets first, then Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Salesforce.
