1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and ZiReach Pvt Ltd, Office no. 421, Sky Heights, Nr. Sagar International Hotel, Bhanu Sagar Talkies, Bhanunagar, Bail Bazar, Kalyan (West), Thane, Maharashtra 421301, India. By using zireach.com or the ZiReach platform you agree to them. If you sign a separate order form or pilot agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where it differs.
2. Who can use ZiReach
ZiReach is for businesses and professionals. You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use ZiReach for a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.
3. Early access and pilots
ZiReach is in early access. Features marked early access, next or planned may change, be limited or be withdrawn. During a pilot, the pilot agreement sets out scope, fees, metrics and any money-back terms.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions you allow ZI to take on Autopilot.
5. Messaging, calling and consent
You are responsible for having a lawful basis — usually consent — to message or call the people you contact through ZiReach, and for following the rules that apply to you, such as TRAI's commercial communication regulations in India, the TCPA in the United States and the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe.
- No spam, purchased lists or scraped numbers.
- Honour opt-outs immediately.
- Use the right sender IDs and number series for each type of message or call.
- Disclose that callers are AI when ZI places or answers calls.
ZiReach applies consent and policy checks, but they don't replace your own legal obligations.
6. ZI and AI outputs
ZI can make mistakes. Review what it prepares, set approvals for actions that matter, and don't rely on it for medical, legal or financial advice — it is designed not to give such advice. You remain responsible for the actions you approve or allow ZI to take.
7. Your data
You own the data you bring to ZiReach. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service, as set out in our privacy policy and, for business customers, our data processing terms. You can export it at any time.
8. Fees and payment
Manual work and unlimited users are free. ZI work is charged in ZI credits; channel costs such as SMS and calls are charged through a prepaid ZiReach Wallet at cost plus a disclosed margin; WhatsApp conversation fees are billed to you directly by Meta. Prices exclude taxes such as GST, which are added where applicable.
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay in India; Paddle as merchant of record in some other regions). We'll always show charges before you incur them and you can set spend caps.
9. Cancelling
You can stop using ZiReach and close your account at any time from settings or by writing to us — it's as easy as signing up. There are no exit fees. Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
10. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
- No attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of the service.
- No using ZiReach to build a competing product from our materials.
- No use to harm children or to target people based on sensitive characteristics.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where it's safe and lawful to give it.
11. Our intellectual property
ZiReach, ZI, Zivoice, the ZiReach logo and the software are ours. We give you a limited right to use the service under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
12. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep ZiReach reliable and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties beyond those required by law or set out in a signed agreement.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a date and tell you about significant changes in advance.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring proceedings there.
