Quiet hours hold automated marketing messages overnight. Frequency caps stop one person receiving too many.
Set quiet hours
- Open Settings and choose Consent & messaging.
- Under Rules, choose Quiet hours: 8pm to 8am, 9pm to 9am, or Off.
- The change saves straight away.
Quiet hours follow your business time zone, or each location's own time. A message held for quiet hours is delayed, not dropped. Service-type messages, such as the first intro, are not held.
Frequency caps
ZiReach limits automated messages to one person: no more than one automated template within 20 hours, and no more than four within 10 days. A message over the limit is skipped, and the follow-up card says the person has had enough automatic messages for now.
The caps are fixed rules. They cannot be edited.
STOP is always on
Honouring STOP and unsubscribe is required by law, so that switch is locked on. Owners and Admins can change quiet hours; Managers can read the settings.
