The Approvals page lists what ZI, a journey or a teammate prepared that needs a person to say yes. Nothing waiting there has been sent.
What you see
Open Approvals to see everything waiting for a yes, with tabs for All, Messages and Changes. Each card says who prepared it (ZI, a journey or a teammate) and why it needs a yes, for example because it messages several people at once, changes how your account works or would go past a spend limit. Where it applies the card shows the cost in ZI actions and how many of the people have agreed to messages.
Decide
Choose Approve (or Approve & send for a message) or Decline. A decision can be undone shortly afterwards with Undo. Items that wait too long expire and are not sent.
Who can decide
Anyone with approval rights for that kind of action. If you cannot decide a card, it says who can. If someone else decides first, the card shows that and asks you to refresh.
