Cancel
Email hello@zireach.com to cancel a paid service or close your account. There are no cancellation or exit fees. The Refund & cancellation policy sets out refunds.
Export one customer's data
Owners and Admins handle customer data requests under Settings, then Export & retention. Log a request, verify the person's identity and prepare an export for a verified access request. Requests carry a 30-day clock.
Export everything
To export everything for the whole business, ask us at hello@zireach.com.
