The audit log lists every change your team makes and every ZI action, so you can see what happened and who did it.
Open it
Open Settings and choose Audit log. It is read-only. Entries show when it happened, who did it, what happened and a short detail.
Filter and read an entry
Use Show entries by to choose Everyone, People, ZI or System. Select an entry to see its details, including its result: Done, Not allowed, Didn't go through, or Waiting. Where they apply, details also show what it was about, the channel, a count, a reason, the role before and after, and the permission involved. Choose Show more to load older entries.
Who can see it
Owners, Admins and Managers, at their reach. Everyone else sees a message naming who can give them access.
