Open Insights, then Reports, then Weekly results. The latest issue opens first. Past issues are listed, and This week so far shows a live view of the week in progress.
What it shows
- New enquiries, with repeat enquiries counted apart.
- Conversations answered: within a minute, within an hour, or later.
- Median time to first reply, compared with last week once there is enough to compare.
- Portal and form leads contacted, and the median time to contact.
- Follow-ups sent, and how many replied within 7 days.
- Where enquiries came from, and where your leads are now.
- Up to three things to do this week.
Everything comes from your own numbers. Nothing is estimated.
Get it by email
The Reports page has a schedule: choose the weekday and time, and who receives it. The live view is not an issue, and nothing is emailed from it.
Who can see it
People whose role has no access to results see a message instead. A Manager sees the locations they cover.
