Create your business in ZiReach with a business name, a first location and a time zone, then follow the Getting started card.
Create your workspace
The first time you sign in, ZiReach asks for three things. Your workspace starts with one business and one location, and you can add more later.
- Business name: the name your customers know you by.
- Location name: your first office, branch or clinic.
- Time zone: preselected from your browser. Check it, because quiet hours, reports and booking times follow it.
If your time zone belongs to no country, ZiReach also asks you to choose a country. Then choose Create workspace.
If a teammate invited you
An open invitation appears above the form. Accepting it puts you in your teammate's workspace with the role they chose. You only need to create a workspace if you are starting a separate business.
Follow the Getting started card
Owners and Admins see a Getting started card on the Today page. It lists the steps that are ready to use and ticks them off as you go:
- Connect your channels
- Import your customers
- Turn on ZI Assist
- Create your first journey
- Invite your team
A step only appears when its screen is available to you.
