Send an invitation from the Users page, choose a role and locations, and see who has joined.
Send an invitation
- Open Settings and choose Users.
- Choose Invite teammate.
- Enter their email address and pick a role. Managers, Members and Limited users are also given the locations they can work in.
- Choose Send invite.
They only see what their role allows, and you can change the role at any time. Roles are explained in Roles and permissions.
Before you can invite
Owners and Admins need two-step sign-in switched on before they can invite, remove or change the role of a teammate. If it is off, the Users page shows a button that takes you to set it up.
Open invitations
Invitations stay open for seven days. The Users page shows who has been invited, who invited them and when the invitation expires. Choose Cancel on a pending row to withdraw it. If an invitation expired, send a new one.
Who can invite
Owners and Admins manage the team. Everyone else sees a message naming who can give them access.
